This document will support you in implementing ThinkCERCA at the school level. This toolkit will not replace your School Success Manager (SSM) but will provide you with the resources to roll out ThinkCERCA on your own timeline. In this document, you will find resources to support each stage of ThinkCERCA implementation, from initial training to preparing for day one to facilitating team meetings. Additionally, we have provided a list of implementation questions to help with difficult steps.This tool kit is best used in collaboration with the 2016-17 ThinkCERCA Implementation Manual which includes detailed implementation guidance for teachers, including calendars and schedules, how-tos, and suggestions for integrating ThinkCERCA into the classroom. Our recommendation is to review the major steps outlined in this document in advance of your planning call with your ThinkCERCA SSM. During that call, your SSM will support you in identifying key dates and people to ensure your ThinkCERCA roll-out is seamless!
